We’re searching for an Email Marketing Specialist with the proven skills to help lead email marketing strategy and implementation across the agency. From data integration and list segmentation to targeted email blasts or automated campaigns, you will hit the ground running with a variety of national clients across a bunch of different markets and industries.

As part of a small, collaborative team, versatility is the only must-have, but the rest of this stuff is pretty important too:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. An Email Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative solutions to complex marketing challenges. You should be well-versed in specialized email marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective email marketing programs that will help generate customers for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas
• Meet with external vendors like Klaviyo, Listrak, MailChimp and GetResponse to execute effective email campaigns on the client’s chosen platform
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate email strategies and tactics (automation, personalization, etc.)
• Assist in analyzing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Skills

• Proven expertise as an email marketing specialist or similar role with 5 years of experience
• In-depth understanding of current email marketing strategies and tactics
• Solid platform skills on best of breed platforms
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS for email
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Results-driven focus partnered with a creative mind
