As a Lifecycle Marketer you'll be responsible for landing (attracting and converting) + expanding (retention + LTV expansion) our customer base through multi-channel strategies including email, automation and referral.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with a little bit of chaos and ambiguity, who loves building things from the ground up and scaling them to suit a rapidly expanding company!

4-5 years of experience as a Lifecycle, Customer or Email marketing manager (Email, SMS, loyalty programs, chat, etc.) and fluency in ABM strategies.MUST
Marketing automation experience (HubSpot). You know what you want, you know how to get it done or you’ll fearlessly find out (email templates, workflows, automation, data, integrations, you name it)
Previous experience with platforms and marketplaces. PLUS
Solid understanding of demand and revenue generation strategies and processes, buyer’s journey and sales cycle, ICP and strong familiarity with KPIs like CAC, LTV, AOV, etc.
A super power: your ability to delight users and create successful marketing programs that keep them coming back for more!
Exceptional written content and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to proactively multi-task, and the ability to prioritize with precise attention to detail.
Professional or personal knowledge of the events industry.PLUS
Designing and executing multi-channel (Email, SMS, Chat, etc.) campaigns. Your goal?Nurture, onboard, and engage our prospects, turn them into customers and, after that, increase their LTV (aka bookings per month per company).
Setting up effective promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, retention, and winback.
Developing referral and rewards programs from the ground up that are deployed utilizing marketing automation. Previous experience developing and launching internal rewards (Confetti Credits) programs.PLUS
Establishing efficient AB testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence, and timing to constantly improve performance.
Building Confetti’s customer lifecycle stages and create strategic nurture programs for each stage of the journey.
Optimizing copy and work with Designers to develop email/SMS/chat content that highlights our new experiences, collections, and feature releases.
Building out automated flows and QA their logic. Experience utilizing HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.PLUS
Partnering with customer success and account managers to leverage customer interaction touch points and infuse personal, one-to-one programs.
Reporting on KPIs, revenue and bookings generated, analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
