Blossom is seeking a Growth marketer that is both analytical and creative – a data-driven person that can use technology to build and manage a solid marketing plan, while at the same time leveraging their keen eye for design to become the custodian of everything that makes our brand special.
As a Growth Marketer at Blossom, you will:
- Oversee all content that is published by the brand and ensure consistency
- Liaise with internal team and external service providers to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.
- Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring continual improvement using hard data.
- Manage the marketing budget
- Take all compliance and regulation seriously
Our ideal Growth Marketer will have:
- Recent experience using email marketing software and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite
- Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation, including deep knowledge of growth drivers
- A passion for design and detail, data & testing
- A passion for our social impact and sustainability, and love seeing the difference we can make in the world
- A passion for a fast-paced and at times unpredictable environment
- Experience in the financial products regulated environment
- 5+ years of experience in growth / marketing, preferably including experience at a high-growth scale-up / fintech
- In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing in Australia
