We’re looking for an exceptional manager driven by ambitious targets and data, with an empathetic approach to customer experience and email/text marketing. You’ll optimize our existing programs to build a best in class customer experience for INBLOOM, both strategically and operationally.
Day to day projects:
- Develop the CRM strategy for full customer lifecycle support and growth
- Strategize and execute retention and CX techniques for loyalty, referral, subscription and customer reviews
- Create the monthly email/text calendar based on the brand calendar
- Collaborate with the creative team to build and deploy campaigns or automated journeys
- Oversee our existing CX team
- Analyze success, measure campaign impacts, and continually iterate to optimize results.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- 3-5 years of eCommerce experience at a consumer-facing brand
- Interest in environmentally conscious brands, with a passion for beauty and a natural lifestyle
- Broad CRM knowledge and exceptional spreadsheet data analysis
- Focussed on customer learning and deploying tests for optimal insights
- Ability to jump in to write or design an email in a bind, is a plus!
