Mina Foundation is looking for a strong Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the strategy, execution and performance of cross-platform campaigns to achieve marketing and business goals. As part of this, this person will also own and maintain the protocol website, working with a web development team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be working collaboratively with communications, content, design and community teams and will also support product marketing initiatives from a digital perspective.

 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop growth marketing strategies, building tactics and playbooks to efficiently scale multiple channels
  • Develop and manage a variety of digital advertising campaigns, including search, video and social media advertising, complementing SEO/SEM efforts
  • Support product marketing launches and events by coming up with cross-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve marketing and business goals
  • Manage and update the protocol website in collaboration with a web development team
  • Maintain and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) database and own relevant email efforts, such as newsletter and drip campaigns
  • Set up and execute A/B and multi-variant testing across different channels
  • Track the success of digital marketing initiatives with analytics and reporting
  • Partner with Content and Design to ensure the appropriate messaging and branding are incorporated
  • Serve as the main cross-functional stakeholder for digital marketing channels, sharing learnings and opportunities internally
  • Identify and evaluate emerging channels and platforms to further expand on digital marketing efforts

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE PROFILE, AND SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2D (Business to Developer) or B2C
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and social media advertising on major platforms such as Twitter, Google, Youtube, Instagram, etc.
  • Familiar with managing CRM database and email marketing, specifically through Hubspot
  • Broad knowledge and a developed point of view of the potential suite of tools in a modern marketing stack
  • Experience with analytics tools and best practices, such as through Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
  • Experience managing external agency relationships to stay on-budget and on time.
  • Able to adapt quickly and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a self-starter who isn’t afraid to think outside the box and suggest creative ways to achieve goals
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Interested in blockchain technology, crypto and Web3
