In this role you will be responsible for planning, developing, optimizing and reporting on Clearco’s email and SMS marketing initiatives with the goal of increasing conversions throughout the funnel as well as managing an Email Marketing Specialist. We’re looking for someone with strategic vision and the technical skills to bring it to life.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Strategize, set up, and report on email/SMS campaigns 
• Ensure email deliverability by adhering to best practices 
• Manage send calendars and deployment cadence 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a queue of requests to ensure high priority items are delivered on time
• Identify customer segments within the funnel to drive conversion and retention
• Use A/B split testing and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement 
• Analyze and monitor key performance metrics to make informed recommendations

You will thrive if you:

• Have 5+ years of email marketing experience
• Are proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot and/or Marketo
• Have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Have extensive knowledge of segmented communication strategies, lifecycle marketing and analytics 
• Have experience managing and developing a team 
• Have working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Have impeccable attention to detail
• Excel at short-form copywriting and editing
• Are passionate about Clearco’s mission to support entrepreneurs
