As a Growth Lead, you’ll lead a team of full-cycle B2B Growth Managers in a given geographical territory.

As a player-coach, you will lead by example. You will not only be responsible for hunting, landing, and expanding your own business, but you will also be responsible for the success of others.

This Growth Rock Star will have a good mix of skills that include an ability to lead by example, problem solves, support and coach players to deepen client relationships. Maintain a people-first mentality. Your drive for the team’s success must be equal to or above your own.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drive Growth (with a priority for expansion of new business)
  • Develop a sales strategy, for the assigned territories that will identify and target prospective customers
  • Coach for success, with an emphasis on coaching for success through 1:1’s, regular feedback, Weekly Check-ins
  • Responsible for the training of new Growth Managers.  Be active in the hiring of new Growth Managers.
  • Communicate regularly, and meet with hiring partners to drive and promote VanHack Hiring Events and services
  • Active participation in key external communities. Represent VanHack at Events, both in-person and virtual
  • Participate/support in discovery or demo support calls alongside Growth Managers to land key accounts

  • You like virtual events and can promote them
  • Find clever, creative ways to grow our Sales Process to encourage colleagues to share successes
  • Build relationships across Vanhack’s Departments; Including Events, Marketing, Recruitment, Tech and in order to drive revenue growth
  • The team comes above anything else
