So far, we managed to get more than a thousand people on our waitlist in a few months and have been successfully acquiring ideal customers without any marketing budget mainly through our early content and PR work, especially on Linkedin and Twitter through our founders' and Remi brand, early remote community efforts, as well as lightweight lead and nurturing email campaigns to our waitlist. Taking our learnings, now is the time to build a real content machinery that is effective, reliable and sustainable and we need someone who drives it!

This is why we are searching for someone who’s a strategic thinker, creative storyteller and brand builder! Market thought leadership but especially a strong, enthusiastic and passionate community of Remi believers will be our key drivers of success and what sets us apart from other tools in the market. We are huge believers of long lasting relationships and sustainable brand building. You will be the strongest driver of building up and developing the Remi brand.

As our Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will come up with and lead our content strategy and execution, incl. experimentation to validate the best initiatives to double down on. Together with our growth team and the founders you'll be nurturing the positioning of Remi as the leading culture building platform for the new era of remote and hybrid work.

  • You're a fluent or even native english speaker and an excellent written communicator. Apart from your role, we’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Remi.
  • You quickly develop an understanding of our market, users, customers and stakeholders. You proactively keep up on industry trends, are comfortable navigating the remote work, future of work and culture / HR tech space. You're a fast learner and enjoy building up your network and knowledge in the space. You are closely working with the product team to get user insights, are engaging in remote and HR communities and if needed jumping on customer calls to understand their pains and challenges first hand to adapt our storyline, positioning and content initiatives. Delivering value to our customers and community is one of the most important success factors when it comes to our growth so far.
  • You know how to make use of organic growth marketing hacks. You collected first experiences using organic marketing channels e.g. SEO/content, Social Media, PR, communities and email marketing while using tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEM Rush or Ahrefs to identify opportunities and analyse your work. No matter which channel or format - we are looking for someone who's up for the challenge, lives to learn and can discover creative ways to play them.
  • You love thinking outside of the box. You creatively come up with new initiatives to drive growth for us by rapidly testing new ideas, channels, content formats or storylines.

🌟🔥 It would be super cool, but not required if you:

  • Had seen a fast moving startup from the inside. As a startup we are navigating muddy water and we are scaling fast. Having witnessed such everyday madness first-hand definitely comes in handy.
  • Loved creative design work. We work with Figma a lot. So you should either have basic design and photo/video editing experience or be super keen to learn about it.
  • Have gained relevant experience in the B2B SaaS and/or HR tech space

  • This is a fully remote permanent role (within +/- 2h CET) with starting date asap.
  • We don't look for traditionally successful CVs, but for passion, drive and conviction. Show us that you're passionate about building Remi.
